WORKSHOP SERVICES
Every bike is different, so we tailor each workshop job to suit the bike and the repairs required. A quote and full cost breakdown is provided free of charge prior to any work performed, and updates are given to the customer once commenced.
SERVICE & REPAIRS
The Base Service is $100 and includes full wash & degrease, gears tuned/aligned, brakes tuned/aligned, bearings (BB/headset/hubs) checked and adjusted, bolt & safety check, basic wheel true.
Individual repair costs are itemised and tailored to bike with a provided quote, & each individual cost is reduced when added to the top of The Base Service.
CUSTOM BUILDS
Bikes are just an extension of the rider, lets create exactly what you want so you can be proud of your rig!
We have a large number of suppliers with premium brands to build some really cool bikes, and we love to think outside the box!
WHEEL BUILDING
Wheel building is an art form, & we love it! we have been building wheels for a very long time, and know what is involved in building a wheel set designed to do exactly what you want it to do (generally last a fair while...)
CHAIN WAXING
Chain waxing has become a great alternative to the traditional method of lubricating your chain. We have only the best SILCA wax and professional equipment to maximise the efficiency and lifespan of your chains.
PICKUP & DROPOFF
We offer a Mobile Pickup & Drop off service to better cater for the needs of some customers! Sometimes its too hard to fit it into the car, cant find someone to watch the kids, or just impossible to get around town in normal work hours. Enquire for costs, we have you covered!
SUSPENSION SERVICING
Suspension needs love too! We provide 50hr (lowers/aircan) servicing for $90 or $80 with The Base Service.
If after assessment we deem it may require a more thorough service, we will send it off to our Suspension Service Provider at no extra cost. This means removing the item from the bike, and delivering the suspension item.
CARBON ASSESSMENT
Everything has its breaking point, even the best designs. Over the years of working in the industry we have seen a fair amount, and know what & how to look for carbon damage. Don't fear, we also partner with the best carbon repair shop in Australia, boasting 30+ years experience with Carbon Fibre manufacturing and repairs.
3D PRINTING & DESIGN
Yes thats right, we also have the capabilities to CAD Model and 3D print in house! everything from simple replacement parts you may not be able to get anymore, to complex new inventions that solve all your problems.
SCOOTERS & MOBILITY
If it moves, theres a good chance we can help you with it! From scooter tyres & mobility carts, to wheelie walkers and disability devices. Everyone should have the right to a safe working way around.
